At XLTEAM, each controller is custom-made to order. Because of this, shipping times may vary. Below, you'll find important details about our shipping process, estimated timelines, and policies regarding lost or delayed shipments.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

1.1. All controllers are made on demand, meaning production begins only after an order is placed.
1.2. Standard production time is 2-4 weeks, depending on design complexity, order volume, and material availability.
1.3. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically 3-7 business days after production is completed.

  • International Orders: Typically 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing.

  • These are estimates only and do not account for carrier delays or customs inspections.

2.2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping carriers and costs depend on your selected method and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

3. Tracking & Lost Packages

3.1. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment.
3.2. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting the carrier.
3.3. Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages:

  • If a package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • XLTEAM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
